step : 01
at first go to start menu of your pc
then write snipping tool

click on snipping tool
step : 03
after clicking snipping tool you will find a drug symbol on your monitor after move cursor anyway.
then drug that's you want to take snapshot.
step:03
now click to save button and save it
also you can paint it by paint tool
